4.5 Notwithst和ing anything to the contrary in this Section 4:

You, at Statista‘s expense, shall fully cooperate with Statista in asserting any available defense.

5.1 Unless services are cancelled as set out in Section 5.1 or by notice six (6) weeks prior to the end of a subscription, your subscription will be extended automatically. The agreed license fee will increase every year by five percent. 6. 杂项
6.1 These 一般条款及条件 may be amended or replaced by Statista from time to time as described herein or by written agreement at the discretion of Statista. 6.7 This Subscription Agreement will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The agreed license fee will increase every year by five percent. 6.7 This Subscription Agreement will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
